Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to TheKidWhisper.com (Hereinafter termed “Website”, “site”). The Website is owned and operated by Mind Body Spirit Parenting, LLC (“Company”, “MBSP”, “us”, “we”, “our”)
Overview
Our goal is to operate with integrity and fairness towards our consumers and us. Because of the nature of our business, our products and services consist primarily of downloadable information that can be used and accessed immediately upon receipt of payment and personal coaching conducted via phone, skype or in person sessions. In all fairness these constitute a fair and legitimate business transactions.
In support of our consumers, we also have consciously chosen to keep our downloadable products and services priced at affordable rates so that nearly everyone can have access to the information if they so choose. Therefore in cooperation, fairness and best interest of both the consumer and our Company, we adhere to the following cancellation policies.
You understand and agree that it is within our Company’s sole discretion to amend or modify any policy at any time and which our Company has deemed appropriate.
Online EBooks, Downloadable Reports or Other Electronically Transferred Materials
If you purchased downloadable materials such as an eBook, reports or other printable materials, you may receive up to 75% of the item’s price if the request is made within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 7 days, no (0%) refund will be issued.
Online Course, Class or Program Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event a program offers multiple sessions or educational units that are spaced over more than one point in time, participants will receive the following:
- Participant or user sends a withdrawal request within 15 days or less before a class begins, in such case participant or user will receive a 75% refund.
- Up to a 50% refund of the item’s price for withdrawal requests that are made by the end of the first day of the first class, unit or session.
- No (0%) refund for any requests made after 7 days of the first day of the first session, module or class.
At times, users will be able to purchase program or classes that contain sequential lessons which can be transferred all at once in one single transaction, and are not spread out over time (hereinafter termed “Single Class”). In such cases, the entire content of the Single Classes is immediately available to the user upon purchase and receipt. Single Classes are eligible for the following:
- Up to a 50% refund of the total cost of item’s price if requests are made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- No (0%) refund will be given for any requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
Other
Users/participants may receive a refund when:
- A program or course is cancelled by us, in such case participant or user will receive 100% refund of the cost of the item purchased.
- Participant or user sends a withdrawal request 30 days or more before a class begins, in such case participant or user will receive a 100% refund.
- Participant or user sends a withdrawal request within 15 days or less before a class begins, in such case participant or user will receive a 75% refund.
