Every person is a wonderful being with a unique composition and set of circumstances. Therefore, I treat you as such! If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter experience, you won’t get it here. The information and guidance you receive is specific to your unique situation and needs.
While life’s experiences are varied for each individual, what is standardized or universal to everyone is our human technologies and how they operate within us. Their precision and perfection is flawless. A majority of the ups and downs that we experience aren’t due to faulty technologies, but rather to our ineffective use and understanding of part or all of them and how they work.
My goal is to expose the secrets of your human potential, technologies and abilities so that you can use it for your own life and teach this information to your children and teens.
Our technologies are part of our human composition and are ours to use for regulating and improving:
- Stress, anxiety and worry
- Dissolving fear
- Relationships – and prevention of unhealthy relationships
- Motivation and inspiration
- Joy, love and empowerment
- Our ability to thrive and fall in love with life!
As a prevention specialist in children’s physical, mental, emotional and social health, applied neuroscience, mindful awareness education, energy work and metaphysical studies, I use an integrated approach that is inclusive of the entire human being. Excluding any of our physical, mental or spiritual technologies (for navigating life) is proving to have challenging and catastrophic effects upon our children, teens and parents.
It’s time to step out of the dark ages of parenting and into the Light! During our coaching sessions, I will train you how to use, integrate and align your human technologies of the mind, physical body and spirit, and provide you with ways you can incorporate these newly learned skills and wisdom into your daily parenting practices and life. For those families who want me to work directly with your teens, transitional age young adults, not a problem. This work is individualized and there’s no right or wrong way to approach it…only what’s best for your child, family and your unique set of circumstances.
